Press F to Ignore AIDS Crisis
Press F to ignore AIDS crisis
A close-up of Ronald Reagan in a suit with the caption “Press F to ignore AIDS crisis.” It parodies the “Press F to pay respects” meme, using Reagan’s image to criticize or darkly joke about his administration’s response to the AIDS crisis. It is shared as a sarcastic reaction to indifference toward a serious public-health tragedy.
