Permanent Pikachu Tattoo Regret
THEM: YOU KNOW THAT'S PERMANENT RIGHT? ME:
A close-up of a hairy leg shows a poorly drawn Pikachu tattoo with the caption “THEM: YOU KNOW THAT'S PERMANENT RIGHT? ME:”. The joke is that the person knowingly chose a permanent, visibly questionable tattoo and reacts with enthusiasm anyway; it is used as a self-deprecating reaction to impulsive or regrettable decisions.
