Why Do You Keep This Pillow

Text on the meme

Why do you keep this I'm glad you asked, Dad

What it means

A father asks why someone keeps an anime body pillow, and the reply enthusiastically suggests an embarrassing explanation. The joke relies on the awkward reveal and the contrast between the innocent question and the questionable pillow. It is used as a reaction to proudly defending an embarrassing obsession.
