This Is Quality Anime
This is quality anime:
A cropped anime scene shows a girl in a blue skirt and sneakers dribbling a basketball on a court. The joke is that the awkward, distorted animation is presented sarcastically as “quality anime,” making it a reaction to poorly animated scenes or low production values.
