Watching a Sex Scene With Parents

Text on the meme

when you're watching a movie with your parents and a sex scene pops up wow that's some nice atoms we got here on the floor

What it means

SpongeBob lies on the floor looking awkward and pretending to examine atoms while watching a movie with his parents. The joke is that he uses an absurd excuse to avoid acknowledging an unexpected sex scene, capturing the uncomfortable reaction people have in that situation.
