Cowabunga Sewer Surprise
cowabunga.
A nude person sits on a wet street beside an open manhole, while a frog-like creature below looks up at a bare foot. The absurd composition references the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles catchphrase “Cowabunga” and works as a surreal reaction meme for an unexpected or bizarre situation.
