King's Passage Toilet Corridor
KING'S PASSAGE
A grimy corridor lined with old toilets is labeled “KING'S PASSAGE,” parodying the grand, dramatic naming of places in fantasy stories such as Game of Thrones. The joke comes from treating a filthy prison toilet hall like a royal passage, making it useful as an absurd reaction to an unpleasant or luxurious-sounding situation.
