Stop Sending This, It's Not Me

Text on the meme

stop sending this, it's not me.

What it means

A fake Greta Thunberg post says “stop sending this, it's not me” above a photo of a bald, heavyset man in a red coat talking on a phone. The joke is that people are confusing the man with Greta, making it useful as an absurd reaction to being mistaken for someone else or receiving an unrelated image.
