Diet Coke With a Giant Sandwich
"...and a diet coke please."
A woman in a sandwich shop stands beside an enormous overloaded sub sandwich while another worker prepares food behind her. The joke is the absurd contrast between ordering a diet Coke and eating an extremely large, calorie-heavy sandwich, making it a reaction to ironic dieting or pretending to be healthy.
