Developers Then vs Now
DEVELOPERS THEN Here, mod the shit out of it add all the maps and skins you want bro just promise me you'll have fun haha DEVELOPERS NOW buy the season pass pls it's only $30 for 3 maps and 2 skins
The meme contrasts a muscular Doge representing old game developers, who encouraged players to mod games and have fun, with a small Doge representing modern developers, who sell season passes for limited maps and skins. The joke mocks the shift from player-friendly, content-rich games to monetized live-service models, and is used as a reaction to overpriced DLC and season passes.
