Gravity
Shrek sits beneath a tree in a colorful pastoral landscape while an apple appears to float beside him. The joke is that the caption treats the obvious visual compositing or absurd pose as if Shrek is controlling gravity, making it a surreal reaction image for impossible or confusing situations.
