Smiling Outside, Mauser Inside

I'm Sick Of CRYING Tired Of TRYING Yeah I'm SMILING But Inside I'm Mauser c96 model 712

An anime girl is shown crying and blushing beside captions about being tired of crying and trying, while a Mauser C96 Model 712 pistol appears at the bottom. The joke turns the phrase “smiling outside, crying inside” into an absurdly literal and dark punchline: inside, she is supposedly a firearm. It is used as an edgy reaction to emotional exhaustion or hiding intense frustration behind a smile.
