Homo Means Homeless
Once in the fifth grade this kid called me "a homo" and I thought it meant homeless. And I was so confused I said "But Jeremy you've been to my house."
A young man in a backward cap recounts misunderstanding the word “homo” as a child, believing it meant “homeless.” The punchline is that he responded to the insult by pointing out that Jeremy had visited his house, making the misunderstanding absurd. It is used as a reaction to childhood naivety, confusion, or taking an insult literally.
