What it means

A green Shrek-themed CRT television is playing Shrek, surrounded by a huge collection of Shrek video games on the floor. The joke is the extreme commitment to one franchise: Shrek is on the screen, on the TV itself, and across nearly every game case, making it a funny reaction to obsessive fandom or having a single overwhelming interest.
