What it means

A Microsoft Office Outlook calendar displays an error saying that two occurrences of “Lunch” cannot happen on the same day. The joke is that the software treats having lunch twice in one day as an impossible scheduling conflict, making an ordinary human routine sound like a system violation. It is used as a reaction to absurd rules, over-optimization, or overly literal software errors.
