A Serbian Film Reaction

Text on the meme

A Serbian film. I haven't seen it.

What it means

A teenage boy in a hockey jersey stands with a blonde woman and a man in a home. The caption says “A Serbian Film. I haven’t seen it,” jokingly pairing an innocent-looking family scene with the notoriously extreme film as a deadpan reaction to something disturbing or shocking.
