A Walmart notice says it no longer sells handgun ammunition, including 357mm rounds. Below it, soldiers look at a massive railway gun while one jokingly calls it his “357 mm handgun,” absurdly treating an enormous artillery piece as a handgun. The meme is used as a reaction to exaggerated claims, ridiculous measurements, or someone misunderstanding the scale of an object.
