Tattoo Name Keeps Changing

Text on the meme

Before Chris AFTER Greg AFTER AFTER Michael

What it means

A three-panel image shows a floral tattoo on a person’s torso, with the tattooed name changing from Chris to Greg to Michael. The joke is that the person keeps changing partners but has not changed the tattoo design, so they repeatedly alter the name to match.
