What it means

A four-panel stick-figure comic shows a smug yellow-faced character ignoring insults, while a smiling character repeatedly says “I Don’t Care.” In the final panel, the phrase “party rockers in the house tonight” triggers an angry red character with a rifle to demand it be repeated, parodying the chorus of LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem.” It is used as a reaction to show that someone can tolerate personal insults but becomes intensely defensive when a beloved song, phrase, or interest is mocked.
