Mixing Soap for 199.98% Cleanliness
When soap cleans 99.99% of germs, so you mix it with another soap to make it 199.98% Siens
A bald scientist in a lab coat appears to mix or examine soap in a laboratory. The joke is that combining two soaps that each claim to remove 99.99% of germs supposedly doubles the effectiveness to an impossible 199.98%, mocking exaggerated product logic and scientific illiteracy. It is used as an absurd reaction to flawed math or overconfident reasoning.
