I'm Not Sure What She's Drawing

Text on the meme

I'm not sure what she's drawing, but it looks like it will be pretty funny.

What it means

An anime-style girl in a school uniform sits backward on a chair while drawing a strange green shape on a large board. The amused caption says the observer cannot identify the drawing but expects it to be funny, making this useful as a reaction to confusing or bizarre content.
