Hello Dracula Then and Now

Text on the meme

hello hotel transylvania dracula hello dracula (1931) dracula

What it means

A four-panel comparison shows Bela Lugosi as Dracula from the 1931 film greeting the animated Dracula from Hotel Transylvania. The two versions meet, then appear together wearing matching Hawaiian shirts, turning the contrast between classic horror and modern comedy into a playful crossover joke. It is used as a reaction to comparing an old version of something with its newer, more cheerful remake.
