Lithuania Has an App Now

Text on the meme

He will never have an app In Lithuania there is now an app

What it means

A four-panel meme shows the Lithuanian flag alongside a crudely drawn character reacting with disbelief and then vomiting. The joke is that Lithuania, stereotypically overlooked in tech jokes, now has an app, contradicting the character’s confident claim that it never would.
