Dog Doesn't Know How to React
When someone gives you a complement and you don't know how to act
A dog sits on a couch while being offered a yellow rose, first looking confused, then dramatically biting and awkwardly holding the flower. The joke is that receiving a compliment can feel so unfamiliar that you react clumsily and overenthusiastically, like the dog with the rose.
