NEWFOUNDLAND PAPER RECYCLER

What it means

A bizarre hand-cranked machine labeled “NEWFOUNDLAND PAPER RECYCLER” appears to recycle toilet paper through a contraption with rollers, a toilet, and a paper roll. The absurd pseudo-invention is funny because it treats used toilet paper as something to mechanically reuse, making it a reaction image for ridiculous ideas, overengineering, or questionable sustainability schemes.
