Change One Word in a Film
CHANGE ONE WORD IN A FILM... LEMME SEE YE WHOLE FACE! SIR? YOU GOT A WHOLE FACE? AHHHHH! THAT'S A WHOLE FACE! LEMME SEE YER WHOLE FACE! AAAAAAH! BULLSHIT! YOU DIDN'T CONVINCE ME! LEMME SEE YER REAL WHOLE FACE!
A black-and-white four-panel comic shows two men arguing over whether one of them has a “whole face,” escalating into grotesque facial transformations. The joke comes from repeatedly changing one word in a film-like line until the phrase becomes absurd and the character’s face is revealed as bizarre. It is used as an absurd reaction to someone demanding proof or uncovering an unexpectedly strange truth.
