A black-and-white comic shows a doomer-looking man and a goth woman agreeing that they have the same musical tastes. When the woman’s disheveled, corpse-like partner returns, the joke reveals that their shared taste is presumably extremely bleak or disturbing. It is used as an absurd reaction to discovering someone has unexpectedly dark music preferences.
