Thumbs Up Despite the Sign

EN: In the photo, a person sticks their hand out of a car window and gives a thumbs-up directly in front of a road sign prohibiting people from putting their hands out of the window. The joke comes from deliberately ignoring the prohibition, making it useful as a “doing the opposite” or “I don’t care” reaction.
