Schindler’s List on the Clearance Shelf
BLU-RAY + DIGITAL FROM ACCLAIMED DIRECTOR STEVEN SPIELBERG SCHINDLER'S LIST 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION Walmart $14.88 SCHINDLER'S LIST $14.88 AVALANCHE PRICE
A Blu-ray of Steven Spielberg’s Schindler’s List is displayed on a Walmart shelf for $14.88. The joke is the awkwardly ordinary bargain-store presentation of a profoundly serious Holocaust film, making the price tag feel jarringly inappropriate. It is shared as an absurd or darkly ironic reaction to commercializing something tragic. EN: A Blu-ray of Steven Spielberg’s Schindler’s List is displayed on a Walmart shelf for $14.88.
