Skyrim Instant Heart Attack Mod

All games / Skyrim / Mods / Immersion / Instant Heart Attack INSTANT HEART ATTACK This mod gives your character a heart attack. You died from a heart attack. OK

A Skyrim mod page presents an absurdly literal immersion mod that gives the player character a heart attack, followed by the in-game death message confirming it. The joke is the needless realism and bluntness of turning a mod description into an immediate, unavoidable death; people send it as a reaction to sudden stress or bad news.
