Anime Avatar Causes Animephobia

Text on the meme

Is that an ANIME AVATAR I see? ANIMEPHOBIA

What it means

A cartoon shows a man restraining a red-and-white dog labeled “ANIMEPHOBIA” while it lunges toward people with anime-style avatars. The joke treats dislike or fear of anime avatars as a wild dog that must be held back, making it a reaction to someone showing an anime profile picture.
