Earth: Completes another revolution around the sun Humans:

What it means

As Earth completes another trip around the sun, a bizarre group of characters—including Donatello, Kermit, Shrek, Mike Wazowski, an alien, and a green-suited man—breaks into a synchronized dance. The joke treats surviving another year as an excuse for humanity to celebrate wildly, making it a reaction for birthdays, New Year’s, or any personal milestone.
