The Irishman Carl Fredricksen
N FILM THE IRISHMAN
Carl Fredricksen from Up sits sternly in an armchair beside a walker modified with tennis balls. The image parodies the title of The Irishman by presenting the elderly animated character as a tough Irish gangster, making it useful as an absurd reaction to aging, stubbornness, or intimidating seniority.
