Would You Sign My Petition?

Would you please sign my petition? You maniac! RIOT SQUAD

What it means

A crying cartoon character with blonde pigtails and a “RIOT SQUAD” label reacts angrily to a sunglasses-wearing man asking them to sign a petition. The joke is the absurdly extreme reaction to a harmless request, making it useful as a reaction to someone taking an ordinary suggestion far too seriously.
