A Doge passport and entry permit are shown in the retro bureaucratic style of Papers, Please, granting conditional entry to the fictional nation of Arstotzka. The joke combines Doge’s absurd fictional identity and “dogelore” with stern immigration paperwork, making it a reaction to situations involving bureaucracy, travel, or being humorously accepted into a group.
