Cat Loading After Compliment

Someone: nice weather Me: thanks

A gray-and-white cat stands indoors while looking exhausted and overwhelmed. The joke is that the speaker responds awkwardly to the ordinary small talk “nice weather,” as if their brain is buffering; this is used as a reaction to social awkwardness or having no response.
