Walter Meets Tigrex

Text on the meme

OH, HI TIGREX FROM HELLO THERE, WALTER FROM MONSTER HUNTER WORLD ICEBORNE ... r/dogelore

What it means

Walter the smiling bull terrier meets Tigrex from Monster Hunter: World. The joke comes from treating a terrifying monster encounter like a casual introduction, then combining the dog’s face with Tigrex for an absurd crossover reaction image.
