So Buying a House Is Now a Risk
I have 1 home I rent out. My mortgage has increased £200 per month since last March. I am now paying £1 as I cannot (thank you snp) put any increase on my tenants. Is this fair??? Yes, because you're responsible for the risk of your investment not being profitable - not your tenants. So buying a house is now a risk
A landlord complains that rising mortgage costs cannot be passed on to tenants. The reply points out that investment risk belongs to the investor, leading to the sarcastic conclusion that buying a house is now considered risky. It is used as a reaction to entitlement, landlord complaints, and arguments about housing costs.
