Police Arrest the Angry Emoji

Text on the meme

OLICE

What it means

Angry police officers arrest a bewildered orange emoji outside a building, while a sign shows that the emoji is forbidden. The joke comes from treating an ordinary emoji as a dangerous criminal, making it useful as an absurd reaction to being unfairly banned or detained.
