Blizzard Sees Outside Orgrimmar

Text on the meme

I sure hope blizzard doesn't see what's going on outside of Orgrimmar

What it means

A green World of Warcraft character stands outside Orgrimmar beside a large mechanical vehicle in the desert. The joke refers to Blizzard, the game's developer, noticing chaotic or unintended activity happening in the game world; it is used as a humorous reaction to hoping developers do not discover a bizarre exploit or glitch.
