Alzheimer’s Remembers Everything

Man with Alzheimer’s forgets he had Alzheimer’s, remembers everything Alzheimer’s Alzheimer’s

A two-panel meme shows an elderly man with a caption saying that forgetting he had Alzheimer’s makes him remember everything, followed by a hallway scene where a personified “Alzheimer’s” appears to run away. The joke is an absurd contradiction: the condition itself disappears from memory, restoring everything else. It is used as a dark, ironic reaction to forgetting something important.
