Rabbit Turns Into Joker
JOAQUIN PHOENIX JOKER
A split-screen video shows a folded paper image of a cartoon rabbit gradually transforming into a gorilla on the left, while a segmented portrait of Joaquin Phoenix gradually transforms from an ordinary face into the Joker on the right. The slow reveal is timed to Kina’s melancholic dream-pop song “Can We Kiss Forever?” featuring Adriana Proenza, making the absurd animal-to-Joker comparison feel unexpectedly dramatic and funny. It works as a reaction to a transformation, an escalating mood change, or someone becoming unrecognizable.
