A Platypus? Ricardo the Platypus?!?

What it means

Dr. Doofenshmirtz reacts in shock when Perry the Platypus appears disguised as Ricardo. The joke parodies the recurring Phineas and Ferb gag where Perry’s secret identity is dramatically revealed, using the absurd name “Ricardo” for comedic effect.
