My Girlfriend Got Pregnant
MY GIRLFRIEND GOT PREGNANT
A close-up of a hand lying palm-up on a green surface is captioned as the narrator’s girlfriend, who supposedly got pregnant. The joke is an absurd visual pun: the hand appears to have a swollen belly or pregnancy-like shape, creating a silly reaction meme.
