Pikachu Gets Stronger

Text on the meme

Me Gym teacher His grandma

What it means

A three-panel joke shows Pikachu as a normal small Pokémon, then as an obese gym teacher, and finally as an extremely muscular Pikachu-like grandmother. The punchline exaggerates the idea that physical strength runs in the family, with the grandmother being the strongest of all.
