EN: A corgi is submerged up to its ears, with only its face, large ears, and tongue sticking above the surface. The contrast between the dog’s worried expression and its ridiculous pose makes the image a fitting reaction to feeling like you are barely staying afloat or are stuck in a stressful situation.
