IF I STOPPED SMOKING MARIJUANA IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY I WOULD SAVE AND HOW MUCH MARIJUANA I COULD BUY WITH ALL THAT MONEY

The joke is that quitting marijuana would save money, but the money would immediately be spent buying even more marijuana, making the resolution self-defeating. It is sent as a reaction to jokes about addiction, failed self-control, or ironically justifying a bad habit.
