World of Warcraft gold stonks

Text on the meme

'World of Warcraft's' virtual gold is seven times more valuable than Venezuela's real money stonks

What it means

A grim, red-eyed World of Warcraft character appears above a stock-market meme showing a suited figure and a rising orange arrow labeled “stonks.” The joke is that fictional in-game gold has become more valuable than Venezuela’s real currency, treating the absurd comparison like a booming financial investment. It is used as a reaction to bizarre economic news or anything whose value is rising for ridiculous reasons.
