Text on the meme

me explaining Evangelion prostitute i just hired

What it means

Deadpool, wearing a red mask and costume, sits beside a skeptical woman in what appears to be a crowded indoor venue. The joke is that he is enthusiastically explaining the complicated anime Neon Genesis Evangelion to a prostitute he has just hired, creating an absurdly inappropriate and confusing situation.
