What it means

People gather around a circle with labels representing fans of EA-associated game franchises and advocates for fair labor standards, all united by the desire to see EA burn. The joke satirizes resentment toward Electronic Arts, suggesting that longtime fans and labor advocates share a wish for the company to fail or be punished because of controversial business practices and abandoned franchises.
